3+ years of experience managing and developing sales operations teams

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of sales systems, processes, and analytics
Partner with Sales leadership to translate revenue goals into operational plans, quotas, and territory design
Lead annual and quarterly planning processes, including capacity modeling, territory assignments, and quota setting
Collaborate on go-to-market strategy by defining segments, motions, and ideal customer profile
Design and continuously improve all core sales processes across the funnel
Standardize sales methodologies, playbooks, and enablement resources
Align workflows between marketing, SDR, AE, and CSM teams
Own and optimize the sales CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot)
Manage the broader sales tech stack (engagement, forecasting, analytics, CPQ)
Collaborate with data and engineering teams to develop reporting dashboards and operational tools
Build and maintain dashboards tracking key sales KPIs, conversion rates, pipeline health, and win rates
Lead forecasting cycles, pipeline reviews, and variance analysis
Provide insights that drive data-informed decision-making and sales effectiveness
Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on process excellence and data-driven execution
