Requirements

Candidates must have proven experience in resource management, talent planning, and operations. They should possess strong analytical skills to transform complex information into actionable insights and have a proven ability to connect business development, project delivery, and talent management. A calm and adaptable demeanor when facing challenges is essential, along with the ability to synthesize information to create plans. Experience with CRM data, specifically Hubspot, and resource management tools like Harvest is required. Proficiency in reporting tools such as Looker, Excel, or Google Sheets is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Resource Planning Lead will collaborate with Growth and Delivery teams to understand project needs and inform resource planning and recruitment strategies. They will work with People Ops to provide insights for recruiting priorities, establish and maintain an inventory of team skillsets, and lead regular Casting meetings to match skills to project requirements. Responsibilities include supporting internal projects and bench time, interfacing with CRM data to build reports, establishing and maintaining projects in Harvest for accurate resource assignment, and designing/maintaining reports and dashboards. The role involves proactively analyzing casting data to identify trends and bottlenecks, demonstrating project management acumen for efficient resource allocation, and performing data cleanup and audits within various tools.
