The Business Growth Operations Partner should have experience in developing and refining global pipeline and revenue models, utilizing advanced analytics, AI, and data-driven insights to optimize sales and revenue team performance. Experience in identifying gaps, scaling pipeline acceleration tactics, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns is necessary. The role requires seamless coordination across Marketing, Partnerships, SDR, and sales teams. Proficiency with revenue team development tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Amplemarket, and LISN is also required.

Responsibilities

The Business Growth Operations Partner will lead the development and refinement of the global pipeline and revenue model, ensuring accurate forecasting and revenue health. They will optimize performance for sales and revenue teams by identifying gaps, scaling pipeline acceleration tactics, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and launching products or tools for the revenue organization, shaping and implementing holistic pipeline acquisition strategies, and partnering with sales and SDR leadership to develop strategic opportunities and processes. The partner will also drive change management in revenue team processes and systems, shape SDR variable incentive design, create and implement automated processes for account creation and campaign targeting, and maintain revenue team development tools. Additionally, they will partner with Marketing and Partnership teams to set and deliver pipeline targets and close gaps.
