Requirements

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for logging activities and maintaining data integrity
  • Ambition, results-driven mindset, and energy for consistent high-volume outreach
  • Ability to collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted prospect research to identify new target accounts and contacts in US and LATAM markets aligning with JumpCloud’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns through personalized cold calls, emails, and social media messaging
  • Qualify outbound leads using a structured framework to assess interest, needs, budget, authority, and timeline
  • Articulate JumpCloud's value proposition and how its solutions address IT and security challenges
  • Schedule and confirm qualified introductory meetings or demonstrations for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all prospecting activities, communications, and lead qualifications
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to share insights, provide feedback, refine messaging, and optimize strategies
  • Achieve monthly targets for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) contributing to pipeline generation
  • Establish and maintain a rigorous daily outreach cadence across multiple channels
