Requirements

Candidates should have 1+ year of professional BDR experience, including outbound prospecting and cold calling. Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, and ZoomInfo is required. A Bachelor's degree is necessary, and experience in monitoring, observability, cloud, or infrastructure tech is a plus. Strong organizational skills, a results-oriented attitude, and excellent communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

Business Development Representatives will master the target market and business drivers to position Chronosphere products as value-added solutions. They will meet or exceed quota targets by implementing multi-touch outbound strategies and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. Responsibilities include researching companies and identifying decision-makers, crafting personalized messaging, reaching out to prospects via calls and emails, nurturing leads, and transitioning qualified leads to Account Executives by setting up sales appointments. BDRs will also track all activity in Salesforce and Outreach and mentor future hires.
