The Business Development Representative will prospect, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities by educating potential customers about the Granicus platform via phone and email. They will identify key buying influencers, build prospect relationships, and collaborate with account executives to develop sales strategies and grow the sales pipeline. Responsibilities also include tracking sales activities in Salesforce CRM and analyzing sales pipeline reports.
