As a Sales Development Representative, the primary responsibilities include building and maintaining knowledge of the company’s technology, competitors, and industry trends; following up on inbound leads effectively; proactively outreaching to new leads via multiple channels; using Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management; driving effective discovery conversations to understand user needs; meeting new business opportunity and pipeline targets; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to win as a team.
