The Business Development Representative will generate interest and build sales pipeline through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers. Responsibilities include developing domain knowledge of Trella Health's solutions and the healthcare IT industry, qualifying leads to meet monthly quotas, and scheduling discovery calls and demos for the sales team. The role requires meeting high daily activity expectations (40-50 calls/emails), systematically managing prospects, utilizing CRM and sales tools, supporting the sales team, collaborating with colleagues, providing feedback for improvement, and incorporating marketing campaigns into outreach efforts.
