Position Overview

The Success Acceleration Services (SASP) team at SailPoint is seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong sense of responsibility, a positive attitude, high energy, and meticulous attention to detail. This role will support the SASP team by providing day-to-day insights and assistance for our Services and delivery operations. The position involves working with CRM and PSA tools to maintain accurate records, forecast effectively, and ensure smooth operations through Services delivery governance.

Roadmap for Success

  • 30 Days:
    • Gain a comprehensive understanding of SailPoint's offerings, organizational structure, and team dynamics.
    • Engage in regular check-ins with a mentor for guidance on tools, processes, and active projects.
    • Familiarize yourself with project management and CRM tools, along with organizational best practices.
    • Shadow ongoing Business Analyst activities to observe task execution and team support dynamics.
  • 90 Days:
    • Independently assume full ownership of administrative tasks.
  • 6 Months:
    • Develop a clear understanding of current administrative tasks, differentiating between essential and desirable items.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships within and outside the SAS Team.
    • Identify areas for process improvement, propose solutions, and collaborate on internal and external initiatives.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative requests.
  • 1 Year:
    • Develop the capability to mentor new resources and enhance team capabilities while managing your own tasks.
    • Acquire the knowledge to create and maintain various knowledge bases for ad-hoc program development support.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analyst or administrative role, demonstrating high productivity and effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively between cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts to maintain project/program momentum.
  • Experience interacting with external stakeholders, including communication via email and CRM tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and resolve scheduling conflicts to meet all deadlines.
  • Highly self-driven and motivated with a strong work ethic and initiative.
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse teams, with an understanding of cultural nuances and communication styles.
  • Capacity to understand client needs, manage expectations, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present strategic issues and solutions clearly and comprehensively.
  • Experience with spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel and Smartsheets is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce and ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Proven skills in cultivating strong working relationships and collaborating within a team to learn and share knowledge.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
