Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience as a business analyst or in an administrative role, demonstrating high productivity and effectiveness. Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential. Experience working with external stakeholders, proficiency in spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel and Smartsheets, and familiarity with Salesforce and ServiceNow are considered strong assets. The candidate must be highly self-driven, possess a strong work ethic, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will support the Success Acceleration Services (SAS) team by providing day-to-day insights and support for services and delivery. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM and PSA tools, ensuring accurate forecasting, and providing services delivery governance to ensure smooth operations. This role involves understanding SailPoint's offerings, organizational structure, and team dynamics, as well as familiarizing oneself with project management and CRM tools and best practices. The Business Analyst will shadow ongoing activities, take ownership of administrative tasks, build and maintain relationships within the SAS team, identify areas for process improvement, and serve as the primary point of contact for administrative requests. Additionally, the role may involve mentoring new resources, growing team capability, and creating/maintaining knowledge bases.
