Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in client services or a related role, and a strong understanding of the PBM and broader healthcare system is preferred. Advanced working knowledge of RxSense products, services, and processes is a minimum requirement for success.
The Client Services Analyst will serve as the first point of contact for managing service and support requests from business partners, including intake, troubleshooting, and resolving inquiries related to claims processing, eligibility, file management, benefits administration, and data analytics. They will coordinate and lead frequent interactions with subject matter experts, initiate and lead issue resolution through various channels, maintain organization within systems, build and maintain client relationships, attend meetings, and participate in daily and weekly meetings.
