Requirements

The Technical Business Analyst must possess excellent oral and written English communication skills, be detail-oriented with strong analytical, people, and documentation skills, and be well-versed in Agile, waterfall, and SCRUM methodologies. The role requires the ability to adapt to new technology and processes, work independently with general supervision, manage multiple priorities, and possess problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities

The Technical Business Analyst will gather requirements, validate processes, understand scope, and test steps to reproduce for system requests, assisting with demos and training. They will review, analyze, and evaluate systems and user needs, producing documentation for current and new processes, including system flow diagrams. This role involves working with product owners, requesters, and cross-functional teams to define projects, analyze business problems, recommend solutions, and create solution designs. Responsibilities include writing user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, managing QA and UAT, verifying solutions, keeping detailed records of initiatives, performing system demos, facilitating user acceptance, and conducting user training. The analyst will also review market data and trends and provide recommendations to stakeholders and management.
