The role necessitates approximately 50%-65% travel with some overnight stays, a valid state driver's license, proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits, and residency in or willingness to relocate to East Tennessee.
The Broker Relationship Manager will develop and maintain relationships with small and medium-sized accounts, focusing on personal sales targets and troubleshooting customer problems. Responsibilities include cultivating new client relationships, developing productive relationships with existing clients, preparing sales presentations, contracts, and proposals, and potentially participating in special projects like training sessions. The role also involves maximizing revenues from product sales through reseller partners, locating and recruiting potential channel partners, and supporting partners throughout the sales process to achieve revenue targets.
