Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in Life Insurance distribution, experience with Network Marketing Organizations, and demonstrated sales development experience to drive sales growth through newly acquired distribution relationships with downline sub-agencies and agents. They should possess competitive product and operational value chain knowledge to effectively communicate Ethos’ key differentiators and advantages, and the ability to craft a value proposition tailored to partner needs and sell the appropriate solution.
The Strategic Account Manager will lead post-deal partner management, including driving sales planning, adoption of the Ethos offering, and managing growth; monitor and maintain account performance using data-driven metrics; cultivate strong relationships with key agents and influencers; establish thought leadership and build a trusted brand; execute in ambiguous environments; dive into the user experience, product roadmap, and serve as the voice of the account partner to internal stakeholders; and oversee partnership onboarding, integration, and relationship management to ensure a successful partnership, driving optimization of sales processes and integrations, and designing and executing account growth rollout plans with key stakeholders.
