Candidates should possess experience selling health plans, be a licensed Accident/Health Producer in good standing with their home state, and demonstrate strong organizational, motivated, and outcome-oriented skills. They should be target-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work autonomously. Furthermore, candidates should have knowledge and experience with sales operations tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and basic automation tools, and a passion for bringing best-in-class products to solve problems for and satisfy customers.
The VP of Channel Sales and consulting will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing a national partnerships strategy, building and managing a pipeline of potential vendor solutions, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve set goals.
