Candidates should have one or more years of experience in sales pipeline generation with a proven track record in inbound and outbound sales. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are necessary, along with proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or related tools. Fluency in Italian or Spanish is a plus. A results-oriented, growth mindset with strong organization and time management skills is also required.
The BDR will focus on generating and qualifying outbound leads while also handling inbound inquiries through various channels. They will prospect into new accounts, identify, qualify, and nurture business opportunities by engaging with decision-makers. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing an industry-leading software stack for outbound prospecting.
