Requirements

  • Prior experience in B2B IT sales or project-based solution selling
  • Strong understanding of public procurement processes and RFPs
  • Confidence in engaging with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Solid communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and solid English
  • Valid Category B driver’s license
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks (advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new B2B IT project opportunities across B2B and B2G segments
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and needs analysis through proposal development, negotiation, and closing
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales Managers, Product Owners, IT Architects, Project Managers, Legal Advisors, Public Procurement Experts) to design and deliver tailored IT solutions
  • Represent Telia Lietuva in client meetings, tenders, and industry events
  • Stay up to date with the latest IT market trends in areas such as cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and managed services
  • Build long-term client relationships
