Requirements

  • Advanced experience in Services & Customer Contract Management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Customer handling and commercial understanding with minimum 6 years of experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
  • Provide both service agreement, and time and material program management
  • Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals
  • Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
  • Interact with members of the customer service, parts & transactional services, field service, repair service and/or other teams
  • Function as liaison between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline
  • Uses in-depth understanding of key business drivers to accomplish own work
  • Uses in-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
  • Uses judgment and ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters with guidance
  • Solve straightforward tasks using prior experience and on-the-job training
  • Use technical skills and analytic thinking to solve problems
  • Arrive at decisions by using multiple internal sources outside of own team
  • Provide informal guidance to new team members
