Requirements

Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in a sales engineering or similar role, with a strong background in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks. Experience working with or within MSPs, excellent communication and presentation skills, and effective time management and organizational skills are essential. Preferred experience includes malware analysis, threat intelligence, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), security program implementation, MSP tools (RMMs, PSAs), and SIEM tools (Elastic, Splunk). Preference will be given to candidates located in the East or Central time zones.

Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will partner with customers to enhance their security posture by reviewing and highlighting potential security problems and positioning Huntress as the solution. They will work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering teams to communicate customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement in a dynamic environment. This role requires the ability to travel approximately 25% of the time to meet with customers.
