Requirements

Candidates must possess an Associate Bachelor's degree or higher, with essential tertiary qualifications in biomedical, engineering, medical science, human movement, Coronary Care Nursing, or Cardiac Technician fields. Additional qualifications in business management are advantageous. Experience in coaching and mentoring staff is required, along with a strong understanding of industry processes and functions. Essential selling skills include managing customer relationships, identifying needs, following up on leads, demonstrating products, developing solutions, problem resolution, negotiation, and closing deals. Key soft skills involve impact and influence, open communication and listening, organizational awareness, and planning and organizing. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Associate District Sales Manager is responsible for delivering annual sales targets, developing territory plans and strategies, and managing distributors to achieve in-market sales targets and provide professional surgeon support. This role involves monitoring market situations, reviewing and modifying sales team structures and account allocations, preparing monthly/weekly business reports, and organizing regular distributor meetings to discuss customer account issues. The manager will also perform other related functions as directed by their manager.
