The Associate Customer Success Manager will drive product adoption, utilization, and expansion opportunities by monitoring customer data and analytics to prevent churn and ensure satisfaction. They will be responsible for securing 90%+ annual subscription renewals by maximizing client success and engaging customers in advance of renewal dates. This role involves ensuring a seamless implementation process, including professional learning, and becoming knowledgeable about Transfr’s solutions and service offerings. Responsibilities include communicating utilization data to demonstrate value, contributing to self-service resources, creating scalable campaigns for customer education, and securing customer feedback to influence the product roadmap. Additionally, they will leverage automated and manual processes to maintain information flow and document customer accounts, while improving business metrics like NPS and professional learning to provide insights into customer relationships.
