The Associate, Customer & Product Support will deliver a world-class customer experience and act as the first line of support for clients. This role involves understanding the AlphaSense platform and its users to maximize value, contributing to customer service excellence, and maximizing prospect and customer health. The position also partners with product management and engineering teams to inform future product developments.
