Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer questions via email and chat
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction in all interactions
  • Loop in appropriate teams for customer issues or opportunities
  • Help define support processes and metrics
  • Create and maintain support materials
  • Find answers to all questions addressed
  • Log all help desk interactions and document resolutions
  • Work closely with Product, Implementation, Education, and Customer Success Teams to provide customer care and application support
  • Troubleshoot errors and issues one-on-one with clients
  • Manage third-party software needs for various campaign types
  • Maintain communication with users about issues and updates
  • Use in-app familiarity and customer connections to develop streamlined user experiences
  • Adapt quickly to changing customer needs in a collaborative team environment
