The Account Partner will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. They will proactively address customer concerns, contribute to sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and develop account plans aligned with client goals. Additionally, the Account Partner will collaborate with internal teams, upsell and cross-sell products and services, and stay informed about industry trends to provide clients with valuable insights.
