Candidates must possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. and have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Waste or transportation industry experience is preferred.
The Associate Account Manager will maintain and retain relationships with existing customers for waste services by making outbound calls and responding to inbound calls. They will develop knowledge of company services, pricing, and offers, perform contractual re-signs, and respond to cancellation requests. The role involves communicating with customers about pricing initiatives, utilizing Salesforce daily to document activities, capturing customer emails, minimizing rate restrictions, and increasing customer penetration by selling additional products. The Associate Account Manager will also meet regularly with their Sales Manager to review progress and discuss key customer relationships.
