Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with the Head Coach to create a unique shopping experience and provide excellent service to consumers
  • Coordinate, assist, and supervise a diverse team, ensuring a positive work environment (e.g., recruitment, development, performance management, staffing)
  • Implement effective operational processes and tools to achieve sales targets, optimize services, improve consumer satisfaction, and enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Supervise various departments, including Commercial, Athlete, and/or Consumer Experience
  • Assist the Head Coach in applying NIKE's strategy in the store (e.g., sustainability, Member Access, digital services)
  • Provide reports on store activities, local market, and consumer observations
  • Ensure the store complies with all NIKE standards and guidelines
  • Cooperate with business partners in stores and at headquarters
