Requirements

  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Experience with complex revenue-generating agreements with health plans (including Medicaid managed care plans)
  • Experience with vendor agreements, partnership agreements, BAAs, and confidentiality agreements
  • Ability to structure complex deals

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts
  • Help structure complex deals encompassing multiple components and agreements
  • Increase the velocity of the sales contracting process
  • Act as a business-minded thought partner to internal teams
  • Build processes, create/improve templates, and drive the adoption of tools and technology
  • Review and update contract templates and user terms
  • Provide legal counsel on contractual obligations, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies
