Valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification (must be maintained in good standing)

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction within the club and drive club performance, particularly for designated departments (Merchandising, Perishables, or Member Experience)
Ensure consistent execution of policies and procedures, positive member service experience, and Grand Opening Look Daily (GOLD) standard club conditions
Lead audit compliance efforts and drive collaboration with Business Partners (BPs)
Oversee onboarding, certification, and training to ensure food safety and operational excellence
Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed, taking full responsibility for club operations, team leadership, and member engagement during assigned shifts
Develop talent and teams by fostering a culture of growth through coaching, collaboration, and empowerment
Display leadership by fostering trust, promoting open communication, resolving conflicts constructively, and building inclusive relationships
Teach, coach, and lead team members through training, feedback, and on-the-job coaching to support development
Drive a values-based culture promoting strategic thinking, ethical decision-making, and inclusion
Create a safe and collaborative team environment
