Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale information technology or cybersecurity programs, with a strong emphasis on business architecture and process improvement, is required. Proven expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, proficiency in tools like JIRA, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated ability to deliver technical projects successfully, and excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Architect, Services Strategic Programs will drive the strategic direction, planning, and execution of key programs and projects within the services division, including professional consulting, incident response, advisory, assessment, training, and managed services. Responsibilities include leading process definition, requirements gathering, design, and delivery of strategic initiatives, partnering with business leaders to assess and translate objectives into actionable roadmaps, and analyzing and defining processes to identify and implement improvements. The role involves advocating for simplification, standardization, scalability, and automation, creating a capability maturity model for the professional services function, and delivering innovative ideas for technology improvements. This position will guide system design for scalability, performance, and security, potentially manage the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic programs, identify and manage program risks and issues, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
