Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Staff Technical Program Manager will support the Chief Operating Officer of Strategic Business Operations to drive strategic priorities and operational excellence. This role involves conceptualizing, developing, driving, coordinating, and managing large programs, facilitating collaboration among multiple stakeholders, and developing and implementing processes, templates, and training. Responsibilities include overseeing change management efforts, guiding and creating content for executive-level meetings, reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes, leveraging data to identify trends and provide actionable insights, and utilizing AI and innovative tools to enhance program effectiveness.
