Requirements

Candidates must have 8-10 years of work experience in the clinical, claims, or healthcare domain. Required skills include adeptness at execution and delivery, understanding business processes and pain points, collaboration and teamwork, mastery of business problem-solving and decision-making, and a growth mindset. Exceptional knowledge of Business Rules Management Systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle shifting priorities are also necessary. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Experience working in Agile Methodology and the Healthcare Domain is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Program Management will provide oversight and guidance on clinical platforms and their supporting ecosystems, including Care Management, Utilization Management, and Quality Management. This role involves a detailed understanding of the entire clinical ecosystem, identifying project stakeholders, establishing communication channels, and managing expectations. Responsibilities include translating business needs into detailed requirements, coordinating multiple projects across teams to ensure continuity, and understanding business strategy for timely implementation. The individual will also work with Product Owners to ensure traceability of delivery items that meet project and program objectives.
