Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in an interrelated discipline and have 7-10 years of Business Analysis experience. Required skills include experience with traditional and/or modern techniques, templates, and written communications used by both business and IT. A solid understanding of various methodologies and frameworks such as PMBOK, Agile, Traditional, and SCRUM is necessary. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to lead a team of analysts by developing standards, setting analytics metrics, and facilitating requirements sessions. Effective oral and written communication and organization skills are also required. Candidates should be able to balance multiple projects, remain flexible on assignment types, and work independently or as part of a team. Certifications in CCBA, CBAP, PSM, CSM, CUA, and prior consulting experience are a plus, as is experience with formal software quality assurance tools and processes, and exposure to design thinking principles.

Responsibilities

The Business Architect will serve as a liaison between end-users and project consultants to design and implement solutions leveraging Microsoft tools like Teams and SharePoint Online. Responsibilities include analyzing, defining, modeling, and documenting project requirements for product consultants, and potentially creating end-user documentation and delivering training. Key duties involve developing functional and non-functional requirements, designing end-to-end solutions with Microsoft collaboration tools, leading stakeholder sessions to solve business issues, and providing input to estimates. The role also includes coaching and mentoring team members, enforcing standards, developing collaborative relationships, persuading others, and functioning in a secondary scrum master/project manager/quality assurance capacity. Training and mentoring on mainstream IT concepts, technologies, and methods/frameworks is also expected. Candidates should be comfortable giving and receiving feedback and understanding the variety of services and solutions offered by NRI North America.
