The AppSheet Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance, maintenance, and support to clients' AppSheet-based applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing existing AppSheet applications, supporting end-users with technical issues related to AppSheet and Google Sheets integration, and providing recommendations for improvements and automation. The specialist will also assist in deploying updates, testing new features, ensuring data reliability, documenting issues and resolutions, and collaborating with team members and clients to understand requirements and deliver effective support.
