Requirements

Candidates should have experience supporting endpoint devices, including MacOS, Windows 10 & 11 laptops and desktops. The role requires proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, printing, and network connectivity issues, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN access. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and the ServiceNow incident management tool is necessary. The ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical users and stay informed about new technologies is also required.

Responsibilities

The Desktop Support Analyst will provide technical support and troubleshoot endpoint devices for end-users, resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities include configuring endpoint hardware and software, managing incident resolution, recording interactions in ServiceNow, and overseeing software installations and updates. The analyst will also coordinate and escalate issues to other teams, provide input on training programs, support special projects, and contribute to establishing best practices for end-user endpoint support.
