Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or Engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years of technology experience preferred
  • Experience in Database programming languages, SQL, PL/SQL
  • Experience in writing Unix Shell scripts
  • Excellent communication skills with strong verbal and writing proficiencies in English
  • Experience or knowledge of AWS services like ECS, EKS, S3, CloudFront (plus)
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (plus)
  • Experience with Python (plus)
  • Experience or knowledge of orchestration tools like Jenkins (plus)

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily production support for the index calculation platforms
  • Monitoring of daily data load jobs
  • Respond to critical production issues and provide immediate workarounds to maintain business continuity
  • Interact with business operations to provide day-to-day data & technical support
  • Analyze production issues, report defects, and collaborate with application development team for resolution
  • Escalate critical or non-resolvable issues to the next level and provide ETA to customers
  • Support the application code deployments and infrastructure maintenances
  • Maintain support procedures & run-books, system checkout tasks, escalation contacts
