Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Sales or Go-To-Market organization, familiarity with common sales models, and at least 3 years of SQL experience. They should also possess 1+ year of JavaScript experience, 1+ year of data visualization experience with tools like Tableau or Looker, and experience with ETL/data engineering and popular data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake. Familiarity with Salesforce, BigQuery, DBT, and ZenDesk is required, along with excellent communication skills for senior management audiences and a willingness to learn Grafana visualization. Bonus points are awarded for knowledge of consumption modeling financial metrics, 3+ years of production model development, and 1+ year of Python/Spark/Scala experience.

Responsibilities

The Analytics Manager will develop reliable, accurate, and user-friendly dashboarding, tooling, and reporting for Sales and operational teams. They will create repeatable, scalable models for Go-To-Market planning and performance assessment, and partner cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities. Responsibilities include optimizing information design across the GTM technology stack, preparing analysis and insights for senior leadership, defining data models for production system integrations, and managing ad hoc data analysis and QA support requests.
