Strong skills in strategic partnership development, revenue growth, go-to-market strategy execution, partner enablement, cross-functional collaboration, market intelligence, relationship management, and influence are necessary.
The Alliances and Channels Manager will develop and manage strategic partnerships with global, regional, and local partners, including system integrators, consulting firms, and technology providers. They will drive revenue growth by enabling partners to effectively position and sell Degreed's solutions. This role involves executing joint go-to-market strategies aligned with internal sales and marketing teams, providing partners with necessary training and resources, and collaborating closely with internal departments. The manager will also analyze EMEA market trends and competitor activities to optimize partnership strategies and report on key performance metrics and insights to leadership.
