As an AI Success Manager, the primary responsibilities include building and developing relationships with senior executives to align with business outcomes and secure partnerships in AI transformation initiatives, identifying critical customer needs and mapping resources cross-functionally, leading the new customer onboarding program, acting as a customer advocate to influence product roadmap and improvements, partnering with internal stakeholders to identify new use cases and opportunities, monitoring customer health and adoption metrics, becoming a Subject Matter Expert on Snorkel’s products and AI industry trends, assisting in the development of Customer Success methodologies, and mitigating churn risk with a renewal strategy. The role also involves working on complex National Security problems.
