Position Overview

Snorkel AI is on a mission to democratize AI by building the definitive AI data development platform. We are seeking a passionate and driven AI Success Manager to join our team and redefine how customers achieve success with AI. This role is crucial for the post-sales lifecycle of our enterprise customers, focusing on building strong relationships, delivering successful outcomes, and driving customer value through our industry-leading products and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, influencing product roadmaps and playing a critical role in Snorkel's growth in the AI-first world.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop relationships with senior executives in business and IT to align with business outcomes and secure partnership in AI transformation initiatives.
  • Identify critical customer needs and map appropriate resources cross-functionally, including Product, Software Engineering, Applied AI Engineering, and Executive Leadership.
  • Lead the new customer onboarding program and ensure timely resolution of customer requests and escalations in collaboration with Snorkel AI technical teams.
  • Act as a customer advocate by influencing product roadmap features and improvements, and actively supporting customers through the product development pipeline.
  • Partner closely with Regional Sales Leaders, Account Executives, Applied AI Engineers, Solutions Engineers, and other internal stakeholders to identify new use cases and expansion opportunities.
  • Identify and mitigate churn risk through a well-thought-out account renewal strategy developed in collaboration with the Account Team.
  • Monitor customer health and adoption metrics to develop a comprehensive understanding of account health.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Snorkel's products, services, and market position, while expanding knowledge of AI industry trends.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of standard methodologies, processes, and tools to continuously improve Snorkel AI’s Customer Success program.
  • Opportunity to work on all aspects of complex National Security problems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., technical account management, management consulting, pre-sales engineering, customer success management).
  • Proven ability to understand customer objectives, design solutions, and identify expansion opportunities aligned with value drivers.
  • Experience managing strategic projects or professional services engagements with a strong focus on teaching and enablement.
