Responsibilities

Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to ensure successful customer adoption of Writer
Define and own a comprehensive delivery plan across all workstreams, aligned with the customer success blueprint
Collaborate with customers on program planning and hold cross-functional teams accountable for key deliverables and milestones
Proactively identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate potential risks impacting customer adoption
Develop and execute a communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed throughout the program lifecycle
