Responsibilities

The Delivery Manager will lead, mentor, and grow large-scale teams of annotators and trainers, driving performance management, career development, and targeted training while fostering a culture of excellence and implementing motivation strategies. They will define and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, and quality metrics, aligning with cross-functional stakeholders and proactively resolving delivery risks. The role involves owning quality control and data integrity across the annotation lifecycle, analyzing datasets for insights, implementing best practices for annotation and data curation, and sharing learnings to improve processes. Additionally, the Delivery Manager will partner with engineering and research teams to optimize internal tooling, stay abreast of AI/ML trends, champion innovations to improve efficiency, and maintain clear documentation for processes and training.
