Responsibilities

  • Aantrekken van nieuwe klanten voor het sociaal secretariaat, vooral bij kmo’s met 5 tot 50 medewerkers
  • Overtuigen en inspireren van kmo-werkgevers om klant te worden bij Liantis
  • Zoeken van oplossingen in diensten zoals sociaal secretariaat, sociaal verzekeringsfonds, preventie & welzijn, risk solutions, talent services, afwezigheidscontrole
  • Uitbreiden van diensten voor bestaande klanten
  • Zelf afspraken plannen en contracten afhandelen
  • Goede gesprekspartner zijn: luisteren, begrijpen van ondernemersbehoeften, actief meedenken en advies geven
  • Samenwerken met verschillende teams binnen Liantis
  • Opvolgen van warme leads uit samenwerkingen met boekhouders, campagnes of events
  • Meehelpen bij het bedenken van het commerciële plan voor de regio
  • Rapporteren aan de salesmanager
