Familiarity with SCIM, AD, CLI, SSO, SaaS, SaaS tools, and the security industry is advantageous, as is personal experience with password managers.
The Solutions Engineer will serve as the primary technical point of contact for the go-to-market team, scoping technical solutions to meet customer requirements and assessing their needs. They will develop competitive analysis sheets, provide technical coaching to the sales team, and collaborate with Product Management and Support on proposed solutions. Responsibilities also include training customers and staff, preparing proposals, and responding to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and vendor/risk assessments.
