About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a vital part of our team, utilizing your specialized administrative skills to manage a variety of tasks according to established procedures and guidelines. You will independently handle both routine and non-standard assignments, playing a key role in helping the team achieve its goals efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project delivery team and other departments as needed.
- Manage calendars effectively.
- Take meeting notes and prepare documentation.
- Create presentations and pitch decks.
- Prepare comprehensive reports.
- Accurately input and maintain data in relevant databases or systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct research and analyze data as needed to support team objectives.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, including ad-hoc projects and special assignments.
Requirements
- Administrative Experience: Proven track record in administrative support roles, preferably in an agency environment.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Tech Proficiency:
- Experience with ClickUp or similar project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Calendar.
- Strong experience with Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) for data organization and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to create professional presentations using tools like Google Slides or PowerPoint, Canva, Pitch, or similar.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, recordkeeping, and document preparation.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, work environments, and technologies.
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to providing excellent support to internal and external clients.
