Operations Associate, Insurance Operations

The Operations Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining systems for submitting insurance applications and rosters, including researching, planning, scoping, implementing protocols, and building success metrics. They will also build and maintain automated workflows, potentially collaborating with the Engineering team, and design and execute complex analyses to support decision-making. The role involves owning and monitoring metrics to track the health of Insurance Operations, identifying and solving process problems, and collaborating with Growth, Customer Support, and Technology teams to ensure operational performance.
