Responsibilities

  • Control the accreditation process for field sales representatives, creating access to our underwriting tool and issuing accreditation cards
  • Ensure the operational management of urgent requests from field teams and comparison offer partners
  • Handle complex complaints: tracking progress of KPIs, analyzing complaints, listening to exchanges, responding to customers, and implementing necessary corrective actions and reporting
  • Propose areas for improvement in processes, training, and tools
  • Feed, create, and analyze monthly remuneration files for partners
  • Participate in promoting acquisition channels within Octopus Energy through internal communication and shadowing sessions
