Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of work experience and a minimum of 3-5 years in sales or business development, preferably with software sales or professional services experience within the Medical Device & Diagnostic industry. A track record of prospecting whitespace customers and establishing relationships is required, along with experience in executing full sales cycles from lead to closure. Applicants must be self-motivated, professional, confident, flexible, and results-driven, holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher. Native German language proficiency and fluency in English are essential, and the ability to travel as needed is required.

Responsibilities

As an Account Partner, the individual will develop and execute territory and account sales strategies, contribute to team sales goals, analyze customer objectives and relate them to Veeva’s solutions, focus on lead and pipeline generation, manage the sales process through contract negotiation and execution, and work both independently and cohesively within a team environment. They will also report and maintain territory and account strategies, manage opportunities via Veeva’s CRM, and communicate effectively across various customer functions and organizational levels.
