Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • Background in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or transportation is preferred
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management systems
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Chinese proficiency is a plus

  • Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and service agreements with clients
  • Ensure all agreements align with company goals and deliver profitable growth
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to manage contract execution and compliance
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the Middle East logistics industry
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance JD Logistics’ market positioning
  • Support product development and operational improvements based on client feedback and market demands
