Responsibilities

The Sales Account Manager - East Coast will lead account growth while managing customer relationships and acting as the voice of the customer, creating customer strategies through value propositions to maximize booking, revenue, and profitability. They will proactively communicate with customers, resolve commercial disputes, establish trust, and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries. The role involves coordinating pricing, preparing presentations, identifying business development opportunities, and interacting with customer teams, as well as compiling and presenting business cases for leadership approval and demonstrating sufficient technical competence to present the CS product portfolio to customers.
