RingCentral is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Majors Sales team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, technology-driven environment. You will be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of RingCentral's premier installed public sector customers, focusing on cultivating and saturating business within these accounts. Your primary goal will be to uncover and capitalize on upsell opportunities while providing a high level of customer service, leveraging your B2B solution selling skills to grow your book of business and expand the RingCentral footprint.
