Requirements

Candidates should possess a completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification, with at least 3 years of experience in inside sales, ideally within the IT sector or a related industry. Proven success in sales and customer relationship development is required, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. A strong interest and understanding of IT products and solutions are also necessary, as are fluency in German and good English skills. Experience with CRM systems and sales tools, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, is a plus. Knowledge of the Citrix environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, Inside Sales, the role involves proactively managing and developing partner relationships through regular contact and needs analysis via phone and email. It includes responsibility for the sale and smooth processing of a wide range of IT products and solutions, as well as coordinating with the account management team of the manufacturer to ensure optimal support for partners in project business. The position also entails creating and following up on complex offers, close collaboration with other departments (field sales, key account management, business development, finance, and purchasing), maintaining project records in the CRM system, and updating customer information. The role focuses on the Citrix manufacturer portfolio and requires creating and pursuing opportunities within that space.
