Responsibilities

The IT Cloud Engineer III will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Exchange Hybrid and Citrix environments, managing Exchange servers including mailbox databases, mail flow, and security settings, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Exchange and Citrix, optimizing Exchange and Citrix performance, developing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments, utilising infrastructure-as-code (IAC) to manage infrastructure, automating routine tasks, monitoring environments, collaborating with development and IT teams, and proactively identifying and resolving issues.
